Dates are day-offsets on purpose: the plan's Wednesday Oct 28 launch is buildable, and a Friday Oct 30 or Monday Nov 2 launch keeps every gap and the Nov 12 deadline intact while leaving room for a seed-test send first. One tiny catch we fixed from the plan doc: the schedule table says Q2 goes Friday Oct 30, the Q2 section said Thursday Oct 29 — the build uses the table.

Path A — Control · the 20/20 Special sequence
M1 · A $20 way inDay 1 · both subject lines split-tested in GHL
Subject A: 20 days of karate for your child, for $20
Subject B: Still thinking about martial arts for your child?
Preview: 20 days of classes plus a Red Dragon T-shirt. A $99 value, $20 with code FALL26.

Hi {{contact.first_name}},

A while back you asked about martial arts for your child. Then life got busy.

Now that fall has settled into a routine, here's an easy way back in.

Through Thursday, November 12, your child gets 20 days of karate classes VERIFY: classes/week or unlimited and a Red Dragon T-shirt. That's a $99 value for $20 with code FALL26, and we're opening it to the first 15 families only.

Why 20 days? One class tells you almost nothing. Twenty days is long enough for your child to learn the basics and get comfortable with the instructors and the other kids, and long enough for you to watch it happen and decide for yourself whether karate is a fit.

How to claim it:

  1. Tap the button below.
  2. Enter code FALL26 at checkout
  3. Your total drops from $99 to $20.
  4. We'll call within VERIFY: time frame to pick a start date and send a short release form.

M2 · What happens on the matDay 3
Subject A: What your child would practice in the first 20 days
Subject B: Focus, respect, and a belt they earn
Preview: Four things your child would work on in their first 20 days.

Hi {{contact.first_name}},

When parents ask what karate does for kids, I point them to what happens on the mat. In the first 20 days, your child works on four things.

The first is attention. Every drill starts with listening to an instruction and then doing exactly that.

Respect comes next, and on the mat it looks like bowing in, greeting the instructor, and listening while someone else is talking.

Each belt has clear requirements, so your child gets a goal they can see, practice for, test on, and earn.

The last piece is standing tall. Your child learns to use a strong voice, set boundaries, and know when to get an adult, along with the physical basics.

No class changes a child overnight, and every kid moves at their own pace. That pace is why we give families 20 days instead of a single visit. Twenty days is enough time to see the progress for yourself.

Hi {{contact.first_name}},

Subject A: What's your child's karate profile?
Subject B: A 60-second quiz about your child
Preview: 5 quick questions. You'll get your child's karate profile and what their first 20 days would look like.

Hi {{contact.first_name}},

A while back, you showed interest in martial arts for your child.

Here's something most parents don't realize: kids come to karate for very different reasons. Some need a place to burn off energy. Some need to find their voice. Some need help with focus. A good first month looks different for each one.

So we built a quick quiz. Five questions, about 60 seconds. At the end you'll see:

• Your child's karate profile
• What their first 20 days with us would look like
• A fall offer we're opening to the first 15 families only

P.S. No right or wrong answers. It's about your child, not a sales pitch. The fall offer is real, though, and it ends Thursday, November 12.

R1 · Result email — three versionsSends the moment the quiz is submitted
Subject: Your child is a [Profile name]
Preview: What that means, and what their first 20 days would look like.

Hi {{contact.first_name}},

Thanks for taking the quiz. Based on your answers, your child is an Energy Channeler.

Kids like yours don't need less energy. They need somewhere to aim it. Karate gives them hard work they enjoy, and clear rules for when to go all out and when to be still. VERIFY: "Parents tell us that second part shows up at home" — only if true

That's why we give families 20 days instead of a single visit. It's enough time for your child to settle in and for you to see the change yourself.

Through Thursday, November 12, your child can have 20 days of classes and a Red Dragon T-shirt, a $99 value, for $20 with code FALL26. It's open to the first 15 families.

P.S. You mentioned {{contact.held_back_reason}} has held you back. The matching objection line drops in from the quiz answer — wired via custom field, with her one-size fallback ("Only 15 families get this price, and it ends November 12") if we want to simplify v1.

Q2 · Quiz reminderDay 3 · only contacts without the rdk-quiz-taken tag
Subject: Did you see this one?

Hi {{contact.first_name}},

I sent you a 60-second quiz on [launch day] about what kind of martial artist your child is. Five taps, and you'll see their profile, what their first 20 days would look like, and the fall offer we're opening to 15 families.

Some people would rather buy than take a quiz — this gives them the offer directly, her call, kept as written.
Then both paths rejoin: M3 (quiz path gets the swapped first line) and M4 as shown above. Anyone tagged rdk-purchased exits everything instantly — a buyer never gets another sales email.
